Shipping Coverage

Little Gardeners currently ships to addresses within the continental United States. We fulfill all orders from our location in Boise, Idaho.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship all orders via standard ground shipping. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Once shipped, typical transit times are:

  • West Coast: 2-3 business days
  • Central US: 3-4 business days
  • East Coast: 4-5 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on carrier conditions and location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is processed.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 (before tax). Some exclusions may apply to oversized or heavy items. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Order Processing

  • Orders received before 12pm Mountain Time on business days are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Additional Information

  • We do not ship to PO boxes at this time
  • We cannot change shipping addresses once an order has been placed
  • During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer
  • Weather conditions may affect delivery times

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check all possible delivery locations at your address
  2. Wait 48 hours, as packages sometimes show as delivered shortly before actual delivery
  3. Contact us at hello@littlegardeners.com if you still haven't received your package

For damaged packages, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
